(just hover over each name)

Resident Since: 2022 (3.5 years)
Address: 23 Dublin Drive
About Me & My Family My wife, Sheethal, and I moved to Farmington Estates three and a half years ago. We fell in love with the community the moment we saw it, and it has been the perfect place to raise our two daughters, Samanvi and Anusha. You will often see us around the neighborhood or at local sports events—Samanvi is an avid field hockey player, and Anusha has a deep passion for swimming.
When we aren’t at the field or the pool, we love to travel and spend quality time together. I am also a regular blood donor, as I believe in supporting our broader community whenever possible.
Professional Background I am an Engineering Lead at Barclays, specifically within the Contact Center division. My role involves managing large-scale technical transformations and leading teams to deliver reliable, high-quality results. My wife, Sheethal, also works at Barclays in Customer Experience. My professional background has equipped me with the skills to manage complex projects, budgets, and diverse stakeholders effectively.
Why I’m Running & What I Can Contribute Farmington Estates has given so much to my family, and I want to ensure it remains a vibrant, well-managed, and welcoming place for everyone. I take this nomination seriously and promise to bring:
• Proven Leadership: Using my experience at Barclays to bring a structured, strategic approach to HOA projects and decision-making.
• Integrity & Transparency: I believe in honest communication and making sure every resident feels heard.
• Dedication to Service: Whether it’s through blood donation or professional mentorship, I have a lifelong commitment to helping others and want to apply that same spirit to our board.
I would be honored to serve as your board member and work to keep Farmington Estates the wonderful community we all enjoy.

My family and I have lived here in Farmington since 2008.
Professionally, I serve as the Executive Director of the Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies (MITAGS), a nonprofit organization with operations on both the East and West Coasts. I also serve as CEO of the Maritime Conference Center, which operates alongside the Institute. In these roles, I work with a wide range of customers, cultures, and stakeholders and am responsible for organizational leadership, strategic planning, facilities oversight, and financial stewardship. I regularly work with two boards of directors and a board of trustees and am accountable for managing budgets, safeguarding resources, and ensuring funds are used responsibly, transparently, and in the best long-term interest of the organizations I serve.
I also bring a background in public service and community engagement. I served as a reservist in the U.S. Navy, am a trained NOAA Weather Spotter, was selected by the County Executive to serve on a Land Use, Planning, and Zoning stakeholder committee, and am a graduate of the FBI Citizen’s Academy. These experiences have reinforced the importance of preparedness, collaboration, ethical leadership, and making sound decisions in the best interest of the broader community regardless of personal viewpoints.
I am interested in serving on the Farmington Maintenance Corporation Board because I believe strong leadership, clear communication, and fiscal responsibility are essential to protecting property values and maintaining a well-run community. If selected, I would bring a steady, thoughtful approach, respect for diverse perspectives, and a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and ensuring residents’ voices are heard while planning responsibly for the long term.
Thank you for your thoughtful consideration and the opportunity to serve.

My wife Katy and I moved into Farmington in 2007
We waited patiently through the final days of the developer finishing roads and other utility related issues after purchasing the lot 3 years earlier
We have 5 grown children and 15 grandchildren
The back yard is noisy when they all come over for grilled pizza
My career before I retired in 2023 was in sales for a national company called OPEX that makes high speed mail opening and package sorting systems
As the weather warms you may see me early mornings on my porch with a cup of coffee. Stop and say hi.
